-To reserve a wedding date, the binder is $1,000, plus the refundable damage deposit of $500.
-To reserve a date for Other Events, the binder is $500, plus the refundable deposit of $500.
-The damage deposit of $500 will be returned after an inspection if everything is in order. We will not inspect the venue the day of the wedding/event. A thorough inspection will be completed at a later date to ensure your refund.
-One-half of remaining balance is due 6 months before the wedding date.
-The remaining one-half of the balance is due 3 months before the wedding date.
-You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule. Full payment is due by the specified due date. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.
***Event/Liability Insurance for $1 million is required at lessee's expense***
