Weekday Weddings - 1 day $2500 (Monday thru Thursday)

We want your wedding day to be a memory you will cherish for the rest of your life.

  ALL of our wedding packages include:

​

• Exclusive access to the 6,200 sq. ft. venue and grounds which include several ceremony locations

• Various ceremony locations (the choice between the Pergola, the outside Fireplace, the outside covered Gazebo, or inside the venue.)

• Use of decorating items (whiskey barrels, lanterns, plant stands, etc.)

• Use of venue and grounds for engagement photos and bridal portraits, call for availability

• Set up for table and chairs for up to 300 guests (tablecloths are not provided)

• Dressing room for bride and groom

• All inside areas are climate controlled with public restrooms downstairs

• Custom made bar with drink tub and ice machine

• Caterer's kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, warming oven, sink, microwave, and large prep table

• Use of outdoor fireplace, with a fire provided weather is cool enough, we build and maintain fire

• We provide take down of tables and chairs and cleaning with the exception of the food and bar areas. Lessee is responsible to see that caterer and bartender clean these areas before leaving. All trash should be taken to the dumpster. All vendors and lessees must have their items out by midnight and building vacated. 

• Rental hours are Friday 8 am until 10 pm and on Saturday 8 am with reception ending at 10 pm and building vacated by midnight.

• A total of 400 chairs, 40 - 60" round tables and 8 - 8' banquet tables.​

A bartender is required for all events that serve alcohol. A liquor license is not required unless alcohol is sold. All events are required to obtain event insurance.

​

A signed contract and a downpayment of $1500 between Jordan's Barn and Lessee are required at time of booking. The date is not considered as booked until downpayment is made.
