ALL packages include the following:

• Exclusive access to the 6,200 sq. ft. venue and grounds which include several ceremony locations

• Use of decorating items (whiskey barrels, plant stands, lanterns, etc.) See below for some of the things included in every package.

• Use of venue and grounds for engagement and bridal photos - call for availability

• Set up of tables and chairs for up to 300 guests (tablecloths are not provided)

• Seating and tables including:

  • 400 white folding chairs​

  • 40 round 60" tables

  • 8 rectangular 8' banquet tables

• Bride's suite​

  • Restroom​

  • 4 lighted vanities

  • Sofa

  • Mini Refrigerator

• Groom's suite

• All inside areas are climate controlled

• Guest restrooms downstairs (men and women)

• Custom bar with drink tub and ice machine

• Caterer's kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, warming oven, sink, microwave, and large prep table

• Use of outdoor fireplace if the weather is suitable (Jordan's Barn will build and maintain the fire.)
